Refund policy

Every book sold here is signed by hand, and many are inscribed to a specific person by request. Because of that, I do not accept returns or exchanges on orders placed through this site.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing from it, I will make it right. Email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I will send a replacement.

If your order never arrives, get in touch and I will look into it with the carrier and replace the order where appropriate.

Return shipping

Where a return or replacement involves shipping something back to me, who covers that cost is decided case by case. Contact me first and we will work it out.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email me as soon as possible. If it has not shipped yet, I can cancel and refund it in full. Once a book has been signed and inscribed to a name, it cannot be cancelled.

Ebooks and audiobooks

Digital editions are sold through Amazon, not through this site, and are covered by Amazon's own returns policy.
